Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms will be approved based on credit inspection. A credit package will be provided before setting up an account with Los Angeles Rag House, Inc.

Sales Tax

California Sales Tax of 9.25% will be applied to all purchases made without a resale license. Out of State purchasers are fully responsible for all taxes applied by their respective state.

Pricing

Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order required for rentals or purchase.

Cancellations and Returns

Returns are accepted on stock items within 30 days from the date of purchase, items subject to inspection. No returns are accepted on cut fabric, or custom orders. Roll fabric is non refundable after 10 days. Subject to inspection prior to refund. No claims on rolled fabric once fabric is cut, claim must be made within 10 days of receiving goods.

Los Angeles Rag House is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during usage and or transit of any said item.

Los Angeles Rag House will warranty all of its manufactured items to be free of manufacturing defects. If found defective Los Angeles Rag House, will replace item with the same, or equivalent value.

Rentals

All rentals are subject to inspection. Customer is liable for all and any damages noted upon arrival back to our shop as set forth in the rental contract. For more details on rental requirements, and liability please refer to rental agreement.
